กติกาและเงื่อนไขการตัดสิน

Your team must present to the judging panel within the scheduled time window. Teams that do not present within their window cannot be qualified for the finals or receive certificates. This rule applies identically to every team.
ทีมของท่านต้องนำเสนอผลงานต่อคณะกรรมการภายในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด ทีมที่ไม่ได้นำเสนอภายในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวจะไม่สามารถผ่านเข้ารอบชิงชนะเลิศ หรือรับใบประกาศนียบัตรได้ กติกานี้บังคับใช้กับทุกทีมเท่าเทียมกัน
  • Entry, submission, and judging are free of charge. การเข้าร่วม การส่งผลงาน และการตัดสิน ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย
